Tom Utterback
As the President of Paradigm Solutions, Tom is the driving force behind the technology. 'Keeping up with the new ideas is my biggest challenge', says Tom. 'This is very exciting to me, the industry has so many opportunities to use new technology tools, that I can't get any sleep!'.
With a start in the RV Industry in '82, Tom has a great deal of experience. After many years of RV repair, remodeling, rentals, retail and business ownership, Tom saw the need to help the RV Industry move ahead with technology.
Using some simple concepts learned with on the job experience, and a pile of parts catalogs, RV Partfinder was born in 1999. From that point on it has been a wild ride trying to keep up with all of the great ideas the dealers come up with. 'I don't think up all of this myself, it's the ideas from the Dealers and the need for new tools that steers the boat!', Tom quips.

Mike Ingram
As on 'Old-Timer' in the business, Mike is starting his 41st year in the RV Industry. He didn't have much choice in the matter, having been born and raised in Elkhart, Indiana.
Mike was transplanted to Casper, Wyoming in '67 as a member of the
Teton Homes family, and the adventures soon began. A move to California in '87 started his retail sales as well as service and parts experience, including the ownership and management of several RV operations. He is now a director on the board of Paradigm Solutions, Inc., the parent of RV Partfinder. Over the past 6 years he has helped enhance the program to be a valuable tool for today's higher tech RV Dealer yet retaining the old school flavor of customer first.
Mike is heading up the Sales & Marketing department and is now using his experience to bring you the systems he's discovered, so don't be surprised to be hearing from him soon.
