Heavy duty lock that works with doors 1 1/4" to 1 5/8" thick. Requires opening in door 2 3/4" X 2 3/8". In-knob cylinder has a stainless steel dust cover. Outside locking with key only. Inside and outside plates measure 3 5/8" X 2 7/8". The lock protrudes 1 27/32" on the inside and 2" on the outside. Lock is not designed for vehicles transporting passengers.
